LOS ANGELES, CA May 17/ -- The Los Angeles Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department hosted "Producing Equity: Shining a Light on Diversity in Hollywood," a panel discussion on inequities in the entertainment industry and state of diverse hiring in Hollywood. Whether behind the scenes, on the set, or in post production, there are barriers to see diverse talents and minority representation in film and television jobs. Arthur approached the LA Civil Rights team about this important topic at the height of the pandemic. "So very proud to have helped produce this with their team and finally release it on the air." Arthur expressed.

of diversity in Hollywood while providing insight on the current pipeline efforts to improve equity in hiring and promotion.

LOS ANGELES, CA Mar. 23/ -- ACEX Network, a new streaming platform is launching March 28th. The ACEX Network will be the home of original content produced by ACEX's trainees, featuring comedian Ray Grady’s new cooking show THE GRADY GRILLE. ACEX (Art of Cinema Excellence) a nonprofit organization was founded in 2018 from Detroit filmmaker, Ingeborg Humphrey with the aim to provide aspiring filmmakers from underserved communities a foot-in-the-door into the film and television industry. With programs such as “Filmmaker Fundamentals” aspiring filmmakers learn how to be a production assistant over the course of ten weeks of online & hands-on training. Through ACEX's Production Assistant training initiative, 15 filmmakers are currently on productions

around Hollywood. "It's important to keep our trainees working consistently in their field." said Humphrey.  Ingeborg  is the Senior Executive Producer at I.C.E. Dreamed Films where she oversees the companies businesses and the founder of The Art of Cinema Excellence Foundation. Humphrey attended Michigan State University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a member of the Writer's Guild of America (WGA).

LOS ANGELES, CA Mar. 19/REELWeb/ -- The Art of Cinema Excellence Foundation's launched its first initiative last year placing fifteen participants on several productions around Hollywood, from Discovery Channel's, America's List: Street Outlaws, No Prep Kings, AMC/ALLBLK's LACE and Hulu's, The Hair Tales from Executive Producer's, Oprah Winfrey and Tracie Ellis Ross to name a few.
